Arçelik Failed to Change My Refrigerator Door Due to Missing and Wrong Parts

We bought an Arçelik refrigerator and wanted to change the direction of the door. We mentioned this request when purchasing the device. The service team came but left without making any changes, saying the necessary part was unavailable. When we requested the part, we were first told it was out of stock, then that it would arrive the following week. Later, they called to say the part had arrived and that they would send a technician. Four hours later, a second service team arrived, removed the door, but just as they were about to install the part, they realized the wrong piece had been sent. So, they reattached the door and left. Unfortunately, a huge company like Arçelik can't even handle such a simple issue properly.
