Arçelik Does not Repair the Product Under Warranty

Hello, we bought a refrigerator from Arçelik. When we bought the product, they told us to extend the warranty and if there was a problem, it would remain under warranty. So we extended the warranty. Now the side of the refrigerator we bought is flaking off. When we called the service, they said we couldn't do anything because it was next to the stove. There is no indication on the product we bought that says 'do not place it next to the stove' or the service did not suggest 'do not install it here, it will remove the paint' when installing the refrigerator. In most kitchens in Turkey, the refrigerator is next to the stove. This means that people who will put a refrigerator next to the stove will not buy Arçelik branded products. There is no point in extending the warranty, don't give money for nothing.
