Arçelik Washer Dryer Runs Non-Stop
My Arçelik washer dryer (900km heat pump Arçelik) continues to run nonstop, even after a technician came to my house and I made two service calls. Encountering issues with a brand-new appliance, especially from Arçelik, is quite disappointing, especially considering that I haven't even finished paying for it. Why is it that a brand-new machine is causing such a problem, and why hasn't it been resolved or replaced? I am fully prepared to escalate this issue to the Consumer Rights Court. Making money effortlessly is not something that everyone can achieve.

Thank you for the quick response, but we have lost time dealing with the issue that your service team could not fix, which can only be resolved within 6 months. We believe that if your service team is inadequate and the product is faulty, you are obliged to make an exchange. We find it unbecoming of a corporate company like Arçelik to leave our grievance unresolved. Our Arçelik brand clothes dryer is running continuously. (900km heat pump Arçelik) Despite being serviced at home once and taken to the service center twice, the issue remains unresolved.
