Arçelik Keysmart Freezer Compressor Failed After 4 Years and Replacement Cost ₺8800

In 2020, I purchased a Keysmart brand 7-drawer deep freezer, an Arçelik product covered under warranty. For the past two months, the freezer has not been cooling properly. An Arçelik technician inspected it and provided a report indicating that both the compressor and condenser—parts that rarely fail in these models—were completely worn out. He recommended replacing the freezer with a new one at a cost of ₺8800, as the warranty has expired. I have used refrigerators and freezers from various brands over the years, and it’s unusual for a compressor and condenser to wear out entirely within just four years. I urgently request that Arçelik repair or replace this defective product at no cost, as it appears to be a manufacturing issue.
