Arçelik Refused Free Repair for My Faulty 270560ESC Refrigerator

In 2020, I purchased an Arçelik 270560ESC refrigerator, and a problem resembling mold and decay has appeared on the right side of the unit. I reported this to the authorized service, and after their inspection, they claimed it was “user error” and stated that the replacement could only be made for a fee of ₺28,820. However, my product has not yet completed its expected lifespan under warranty, and I do not believe this fault is due to user error. I consider this a manufacturing defect or faulty product. According to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, in cases of defective goods, the consumer has the right to free repair, a price reduction proportional to the defect, a replacement product, or a refund. Therefore, I do not accept the demand for a ₺28,820 fee. I request that my product be repaired free of charge or replaced with a non-defective equivalent. I respectfully ask that the necessary action be taken.

I urgently request a product replacement for my refrigerator with serial number 20-103081-08, as it is under warranty. If my issue is not resolved, I would like to state that I will exercise all my legal rights, especially applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and CİMER. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved immediately.
