Arçelik Refrigerator Fails to Cool Properly - I Demand a Replacement
I purchased my Arçelik refrigerator 2 years ago and I am still using it. The product is under warranty and also has an additional 7-year extended warranty. However, I constantly face problems with the cooling section; my food spoils in less than a day. This causes my groceries to go to waste, forces me to shop frequently, and results in financial loss. I contacted the authorized service three times—once last summer and twice in the past month—but each time they only left a test device, claimed there was no problem, and did nothing. The refrigerator also shows no warnings or alarms. Despite this, the issue continues and I cannot use the refrigerator efficiently. It is clear there is a fault with this refrigerator, and I do not accept being told “there is no problem” without a solution. I request a product replacement and state that until my problem is resolved, I will exercise all my legal rights and, if necessary, apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

You wrote that you are there for us for nothing, but it's nothing but a show to blindfold people on social media or social platforms. In no way were you by my side, nor did you solve the problem. You also didn't offer any solution. Supposed 7-year warranty. After-sales you have no interest or concern, you are just putting on a fake show. Buying Arçelik is a regret.
