Ever since I bought the Arçelik (BEKO) dishwasher, it has been plagued by persistent drainage issues. Technicians are aware of a problem with the machine's brain, but they only provide temporary repairs. Without any other option, I have to resort to washing dishes by hand until the next service request. Whenever I propose a refund, they flat out reject it. Why did I even bother buying a machine if I still have to wash dishes by hand? While Arçelik may have a global presence as BEKO, their treatment of customers is unlikely to earn them any favors.
