Disappointing Arby's Duo Menu – Not What I Ordered!




I am extremely disappointed! We got the duo menu at Arby's, and it was such a disappointment. What we got was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The additional fee for the potato side dish we chose seemed confusing and disorganized. The hamburger looked nothing like the picture; it was almost empty and didn't have many toppings. And also, the sauces we picked were not sent correctly either. The money I paid doesn't match the quality I received at all. Please fix this situation. Thanks a lot.
