Arby’s Order Marked Delivered but Never Received by Customer

On March 22, 2026, I placed an order through the Tıkla Gelsin app from the Arby’s location inside Vega Subayevleri Mall in Keçiören, Ankara, paying approximately $9 with my debit card. At the time of ordering, the restaurant appeared to be open, and the app showed that my order was “received” and “being prepared.”
I waited for about three hours, and then I was informed that the restaurant was actually closed and that my order would be postponed to a later time. To avoid losing my money, I accepted this situation. However, when I woke up the next morning, I saw that the app marked my order as “delivered.” In reality, I never received any food, and no refund has been issued.
I have generally been satisfied as an Arby’s customer, but after this level of irresponsibility, I am truly disappointed. An order that never existed is marked as delivered, and no refund is provided. I request that the payment for my undelivered order be refunded to my debit card as soon as possible.
