Unacceptable Delivery Practices With Aras Kargo

We’re having problems with Aras Kargo deliveries in the İliç district of Erzincan. They only come to the area on certain days of the week, and when they do, they don’t deliver packages to homes in the TOKİ housing complex. Instead, they leave them at a local grocery store or market and shamelessly call saying, “Bro, give me the code.” How is it acceptable to leave a package, which clearly has a home address written on it, somewhere else entirely? When I called customer service, they said the package must be delivered to the address listed in the system, but the delivery staff tells us they don’t do home deliveries and that we should pick it up from the store. I ended up solving the issue myself by simply avoiding purchases from companies that use Aras Kargo. Sorry, but being stuck with Aras Kargo only causes problems.
