Aras Kargo Fails to Deliver to My Address and Blames Me for Being Absent

Whenever I get a delivery from Aras Kargo, they always say they can't find me or my address, even though I'm always at home. I had to wait until 7:00 PM, and then I got a message saying, "You weren't home; the package will be sent back in 3 days." This is really frustrating because I have a child with a disability, and I’m at home all the time taking care of them. No calls come in, and nobody rings my doorbell, but they keep saying I wasn't around. Whenever I reach out to Türksan Aras Kargo, I get back some pretty rude replies and even some insults. They asked me to come and get the package myself, then just hung up on me. It's just not right to pay for a delivery service and then have to do their work for them. It's very unprofessional how they handled things. Now I have to fix their mistakes and deal with their dishonesty, all while taking care of my kid.
