Once again, Aras Kargo has messed up my order from TEMU. Even though I clearly gave my address and phone number, they didn’t try to deliver or reach out to me. Instead, I got a message saying, “Pick up from the branch to avoid a return.” Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, at 20:06, I got a message saying my package was on the way. But then, a minute later, I got another one saying, “You weren’t available at your address.” I called the branch, but either no one picked up or they answered and left me hanging for a long time. I'm disappointed with the service I received, and I'm thinking about not using Aras Kargo again to steer clear of these kinds of issues in the future.
