Aras Kargo Returned My Temu Order Without Attempting Delivery
The product I ordered from Temu was returned without delivery because of an inadequate company like Aras Kargo, even though it had traveled all the way from abroad to my country. What's even more absurd is that after being called by the main office on February 25 and told my package would be delivered on February 27, I found out it had been sent back on February 25. I honestly have no idea how to explain the failure to deliver an international package just a few kilometers away. If you can't do the job properly, why take it on at all? I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. I won't stop there—I will share my complaint on all social media platforms as well.
