About two weeks ago, I placed an order through Temu, and while the package arrived at the Yazıbaşı Aras Kargo branch within a week, I started receiving "out for delivery" messages for the last three days with no actual delivery attempt. Today, I called to ask about the situation, only to be told that my package had been sent back—without my permission or even informing me. I was genuinely shocked. While I was still actively waiting for the delivery, they quietly returned it. I want everyone to hear about this—Aras Kargo operates without oversight, and this carelessness is not acceptable. I will be taking every step I can to defend my rights.
