Aras Kargo Refused to Deliver My Package Claiming I Am Outside Their Delivery Area

The delivery of my package, with tracking number 113150308625006, scheduled for 26.12.2024 from the Aras Kargo Ankara Yıldızevler branch, was not made, claiming I am outside the delivery area. Instead, they expect me to collect it from the branch. However, I am not outside the delivery area. I live in the city center, just 4-5 streets away from the mentioned Aras Kargo branch. I am not in a rural area; I am within Ankara. This branch has delivered to my address and nearby houses multiple times before. The claim that I am outside the delivery area is completely untrue. It feels like an excuse to avoid completing their delivery obligations. I expect my package to be delivered to my address as it should be, without further delays or excuses.
