Aras Kargo Failed to Deliver My Packages and Returned Them Without Notice

Over the last two months, Aras Kargo has repeatedly not delivered packages to the İsmetpaşa area. Packages arrive at the branch but are sent back without any notice. The tracking system does not provide updates (Tracking no: 4456658345486). Last month, I encountered a similar problem when my package was returned without any notification (Tracking no: 4445033988747). At the moment, another package has been held up in Bursa for three days and still hasn’t reached Yalova (Tracking no: 4464710382472). The ongoing issues with service have led to significant inconvenience, as I depend on prompt deliveries. I hope Aras Kargo can quickly address this ongoing issue and enhance their delivery process in this region.
