I've been having problems with my Apple AirPods headphones dropping the connection during phone calls. I went to the Apple Zorlu Center store for help. The store employees informed me that there was a problem with my device. I use the headphones to make phone calls while driving, and there is no problem when I use the phone in the car, but the connection drops as soon as I connect the headphones.
