My Apple AirPods Disconnecting During Phone Calls

I've been having problems with my Apple AirPods headphones dropping the connection during phone calls. I went to the Apple Zorlu Center store for help. The store employees informed me that there was a problem with my device. I use the headphones to make phone calls while driving, and there is no problem when I use the phone in the car, but the connection drops as soon as I connect the headphones. Although I had no problems with the first and second generations of Apple AirPods, I had this problem with the third generation. Unfortunately, the store representatives, including Gamze and Merve, were unable to fix my problem, which was very frustrating. I want Apple to fix this issue, as it is meddling with my ability to communicate effectively during phone calls.
