Experiencing Apple AirPods Connection Drops and Unreasonable Replacement Fee

I am dissatisfied with my Apple AirPods because of frequent connection drops. When I contacted Apple's service center, they informed me that they could not repair the gadget and only offered a replacement with a new one. However, they ask you ₺3,500 for a single earbud and ₺7,000 for both. This is absurd considering that a brand new pair of AirPods sells between ₺4,250 and ₺4,500. It makes no sense to pay more for a replacement than you would for a new set. What Apple is doing here seems like a rip-off and is utterly wrong. I rely on these AirPods for both work and recreation, and the current situation is causing me substantial discomfort and stress. Apple, I expected better customer service and more reasonable pricing from you. Please respond quickly to this issue and suggest an acceptable solution.
