My Apple Airpods Pro 2nd Generation Ring Constantly Despite Service Attempts

I bought my Apple Airpods Pro 2nd generation headset from Apple directly, but it keeps ringing several times a day and then stops. I've talked to customer service multiple times and sent them a video of the problem. I've also taken it to the service center and told them what was going on and showed them the video. But after only 3 days, they sent the item back to me and said it was fixed. The problem keeps happening, which shows that Apple's customer service and service center are not good enough. I spent a lot of money on these headphones, but if they don't work right, it wasn't worth it. Apple, thanks for nothing and terrible service.
