I recently discovered a manufacturing flaw in my iPhone 14 Pro, and Apple has admitted its error. My phone has a birthmark-like mark on the back that appeared on its own. I asked why they were replacing the entire phone, excluding the screen, when there was no scratch on my phone except for a small one on the back. Apple is not giving me a new phone. It is their fault, and I will have to sell my phone at a loss of over 10,000 TL due to their manufacturing error. You'd be correct if there were scratches on my device, but there aren't. I'm giving up Apple products entirely and selling my spouse's recently purchased iPhone. Apple has completed my project, and I intend to spread the word about it. I spent a lot of money on two phones and can't afford to lose 10,000 TL because of their whim. This is unfair. The defect is depicted in the attached image, and it is not a scratch but a paint defect caused by air pockets inside the phone.
