To make matters worse, despite promptly informing the appropriate authorities of this unfortunate situation, I have received a perplexing response—no refund will be issued. This situation is deeply disturbing and raises serious questions about the app's ethics and responsibility to users. My primary responsibility as a parent is to protect my children and their financial interests. In this case, the app's lack of safeguards enabled my children to make a costly purchase without fully understanding the financial implications. I hoped that by reporting the problem, the company would show some understanding and promptly process a refund.
