To make matters worse, despite promptly informing the appropriate authorities of this unfortunate situation, I have received a perplexing response—no refund will be issued. This situation is deeply disturbing and raises serious questions about the app's ethics and responsibility to users. In this case, the app's lack of safeguards enabled my children to make a costly purchase without fully understanding the financial implications.
