iPhone 17 Pro Max Has a Crackling Sound Issue
I purchased my iPhone 17 Pro Max on February 27 from the MediaMarkt store at Istanbul Capacity Mall, and I have started experiencing what I believe is a hardware-related crackling sound issue. This problem has been occurring for approximately one week and is particularly noticeable when making phone calls, recording videos, and sending voice recordings. This has caused a frustrating experience even during basic use of a phone that I recently purchased.
When I took the device to the Apple Store on Bağdat Avenue, I was told that the only available solution was to replace a component. However, I absolutely do not want a component replaced in a phone that I have only recently purchased. Having a hardware issue within the first few weeks of owning the device has seriously undermined my confidence in the product and caused me significant inconvenience.
I purchased the phone with a credit card, and as shown by transaction number fd020260000004916 on my invoice, I purchased this device expecting to use a brand-new and fully functional iPhone. Due to the inconvenience I have experienced, I have also submitted applications to the relevant authorities, including the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
For all of these reasons, I request that the crackling sound issue be taken into consideration and that my phone be replaced, without any component repair, with a brand-new and fully functional iPhone 17 Pro Max of the same model.
