iPhone 15 Pro Max Overheating During Normal Use Raises Safety Concerns

About a year ago, I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max with full payment from the MediaMarkt Tekirdağ Çorlu store. Around three months after purchasing the device, I began experiencing an extreme overheating issue that starts as soon as I turn on the screen. Even during normal use, the phone gets so hot that it burns my hand, making it uncomfortable to use and raising serious safety concerns.

I contacted the MediaMarkt Çorlu store and spoke with authorized representatives about this issue, but they told me they could not assist and left me dealing with this problem on my own. I deeply regret both purchasing such an expensive phone and receiving no support regarding this issue.

I believe that this ongoing overheating problem is not caused by user error but is due to a defect in the device itself. Therefore, I request that my iPhone 15 Pro Max be examined and classified as a defective product, and that it be replaced with a fully functional device.
