My Poco X8 Pro's Bottom Speaker Broke Right After a Software Update
On 06/27/2026, I purchased a Poco X8 Pro model phone from the Mi Store at Trabzon Forum Mall. After using the device for a while, the phone offered me a software update, which I installed. Right after the update, a problem occurred with the phone's bottom speaker.
At first, only crackling started coming from the bottom speaker, with no music or video sound at all. Right now, sound only comes from the top speaker, and no normal sound comes out of the bottom speaker at all. Since this problem emerged entirely after the software update, I'm definitely not getting the quality and usage experience I expected from the device.
Because of this problem I'm experiencing, I want Trabzon Forum Mi Store and the relevant brand to make my device usable again, free of defects. If necessary, I am requesting that the software be fixed, or if that's not possible, that the device be replaced with a new one.
