MediaMarkt Sold Me a Damaged iPhone 16 With Scratches Out of the Box

On July 29, 2026, I purchased an iPhone 16 from the MediaMarkt Malatya Park store. The product was handed to me without any inspection or verification at the time of delivery. When I returned home and opened the box, I discovered that the phone had visible impact damage and scratches.
As soon as I noticed the problem, I contacted both the store and MediaMarkt customer service to report that the product was defective and damaged and to request a replacement. The store informed me that they would review the security camera footage and get back to me. However, it has now been two days, and I have not received any meaningful, solution-oriented response from either the store or customer service. Instead, I feel that my concerns are being ignored and that I am being repeatedly put off without any progress.
I request that this iPhone 16, which was delivered to me with impact damage and scratches on the day of purchase, be recognized as a defective product and replaced with a brand-new unit as soon as possible.
