AnyDesk Charged Me Per Minute Even Though No Problem Was Solved
AnyDesk Software Charged Me Without Any Service Being Performed. I forgot my phone’s PIN lock and connected for help. The system charges per minute, but the things I was told to do were steps I had already tried and could not complete. I contacted support looking for a different solution, but we were unable to unlock the phone. No additional service or successful action was provided, and I am requesting that the charged amount be canceled. Can you please help?
