AnyDesk Free Trial Turned Into Paid Charge Without Warning

On August 25, 2025, I applied for a one-month free trial in order to use the free version of AnyDesk. To activate the free trial, I was required to enter my bank card details. Immediately after entering my information, $333 was charged to my account. Charging a fee before the one-month trial period even ended is completely unfair.

I contacted AnyDesk customer support regarding this issue, but I was told that no refund would be issued. I completed this transaction on my Windows computer, and this is the first time I have experienced such a problem.

I request that the $333 charged to my account be fully refunded to me.
