Anthropologie Order Canceled But Refund Not Processed

I ordered from the Anthropologie website and paid for them. However, when I checked my order status, I saw that the orde...r had been canceled. I contacted customer service via email (since there is no phone number) to ask why the order was canceled. They told me that the products were out of stock, so
