I Face Sound Issues with Anker Soundcore Q11i Headphones from MediaMarkt Right After Unboxing
I recently purchased a pair of Anker Soundcore Q11i headphones from MediaMarkt, and the experience has been a major disappointment from the start. As soon as I unboxed the product and turned it on, the right earcup stopped producing any sound within the first minute of use. I didn’t drop it, press any wrong button, or mishandle it in any way—it just went silent for no reason.
What’s even more frustrating is that while the buttons on the right side still seem to function, absolutely no audio comes out of the speaker itself. This clearly points to a manufacturing defect. It’s incredibly disheartening to spend my hard-earned money—₺ to be exact—on a product that fails straight out of the box.
I expect an immediate response from MediaMarkt and Anker. This is unacceptable quality control for a well-known brand. Either send a replacement that actually works or provide a full refund. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of problem for a brand-new product.
