Anker Soundcore Life Q30 Shows Poor Build Quality Early On

I purchased Anker Soundcore Life Q30 headphones in December 2024, and I truly regret buying them. They were promoted as competing with *** and described as a rival to ***, but honestly, the boxes of those brands are probably higher quality than these headphones themselves. Within the first month, the edges of the ear pads started coming loose from the headphones. You can remove and reattach the pads, so I didn’t initially see that as a major issue.

However, by the sixth month, the ear pads started tearing from the inner sections. I sent photos to the service center, and they responded by saying that I could purchase replacement pads from their website. The material quality is below average.
