Because I was satisfied with my Anker-brand Eufy Security 360-degree infrared night-vision camera, I also purchased the Anker Eufy Security C220 camera through Hepsiburada on March 31, 2025. However, I have been experiencing serious problems with this product since the day I bought it.
When I try to turn the camera on, it either does not power on at all or turns on only with great difficulty. When I want to turn it off, I experience the same issue—it is extremely difficult to power down. Because of this, I cannot use the product properly and have had to leave it sitting unused in my home.
Regarding this issue, I have sent multiple emails to Anker customer service, but I have not received any response, nor has there been any interest shown in resolving my problem. I do have the invoice for the product.
Since I cannot use this product, I am requesting that my issue be resolved—either through repair or replacement of the product, or, if that is not possible, a refund of the amount I paid. I kindly ask that I be contacted at 0506 *** 60 81.
