EufyCam 2C Battery Lasts 30 Days Instead of Advertised 180 Days

In June 2025, I purchased two EufyCam 2C cameras through Hepsiburada (approximately $300) and two EufyCam 2C cameras together with a HomeBase 2 from Amazon.com (approximately $470). In total, I started using four cameras and one HomeBase 2 device in my home.

From the very first day, the battery life of all the products has been far below what was advertised. Although the cameras are marketed as having a 180-day battery life, they last no more than 30 days at best. When I reported this issue to customer service, I was only advised to send the devices in for inspection. However, all of my cameras have the same problem, which clearly shows that the products do not meet the promised battery performance and that the advertising is misleading.

In addition, I experience constant connection issues with both the cameras and the HomeBase 2. While other brands of devices in my home have no connectivity problems at all, I can hardly get live video from the Eufy products. They only record short clips at certain intervals and frequently malfunction. Moreover, due to the way the product is designed, continuous recording is not even possible.

Because of all these issues, I am unable to use the products, and I have received no effective solution from customer support. I want this situation—and the brand’s failure to deliver on its promises—to be known publicly. I am requesting a full refund.
