I Face Recurring Battery Error with My Anker S7 Vacuum Even After Warranty Expired
I purchased an Anker S7 vacuum cleaner expecting reliability from a well-known brand, but it has turned out to be a constant source of frustration. Right after I bought it, the device gave a battery error—not once, but twice in a row. At the time, it was under warranty, so I didn’t push the issue further. But now, after the warranty has expired, the same battery error has happened again—for the third time.
This strongly suggests a chronic defect in either the battery or the overall power system. Clearly, I’m not dealing with a one-time issue but a repetitive failure that renders the product useless when I need it. I paid good money (₺) for this vacuum, and I expected a product that would last longer than a warranty period.
I demand that Anker take responsibility and either repair, replace, or refund this defective unit—even if the warranty has technically expired. If this problem is ignored again, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer rights channels. Anker, please contact me immediately and resolve this issue once and for all.
