Nebula Anker Mars Pro 2 Suffers Repeated Defects With No Repair Solution
About 23 months ago, I purchased a Nebula Anker Mars Pro 2 projector from the Teknosa store located in Özdilek Mall in Antalya. Since the very first day, I have sent the device to the Nebula Anker authorized service center multiple times due to the same issues, yet no concrete solution has ever been provided. Each time, the problems were dismissed as a “chronic issue,” and the device was returned to me without any real fix. The most recent service record for my product was created under reference number 125048.
I first sent the device to service because it was producing a tilted and uneven image. Without performing any repair, the service center told me this was a “chronic issue” and returned the product. Later, I sent it back again because the image sharpness on the right and left sides was not equal, and the focus was inconsistent. Once again, it was returned with the same explanation and no solution. I then sent the device in due to the remote control not responding properly, and this time I was told that “no issue was detected,” and the device was sent back to me again.
Despite being sent to service at least three times for the same issues, the Nebula Anker service center continued to claim that there was no problem with the device and repeatedly returned it without repair.
Most recently, on November 22, I sent the device to Nebula Anker service once again, and I was informed that it would be returned to me without any repair. For nearly 23 months, I have repeatedly sent this projector to service, yet I have not received any genuine technical support from Nebula Anker. My issues have consistently been dismissed and left unresolved.
I am now completely exhausted by this process and want my inconvenience to be resolved permanently. For this projector, which continues to malfunction and has never been properly repaired, I am requesting either a full product replacement by Nebula Anker or a complete refund of the amount I paid. I will not accept any solution other than a properly functioning, defect-free product backed by Nebula Anker or a full refund.
