Volvo Repair Payment Delayed Ten Days




Under my comprehensive insurance policy with Anadolu Sigorta, my 2019 Volvo was repaired at 3e Oto Servis Hizmetleri. I have been waiting for about 10 days for the repair payments related to my claim files numbered 14661495200004 and 14661495200005. The delay in payment has caused me financial difficulties during this period. I tried to submit my complaint through the provided claim file, but the system requires a Turkish ID number, preventing me from creating a request. Although I can access the file using my tax number, I have not received any response. So far, customer service has not provided any solution or information regarding the issue. I kindly request that the related payments be processed as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved.
