Regarding my Volvo V40 vehicle, my file number 03695873 was opened at Volvo Turkey Customer Services on October 17, 2024. Even though nearly 2 months have passed, my file has not been finalized. Although I reported the situation to Volvo Turkey Customer Services at different times, there was no response. The problem with my vehicle is that the alternator broke and caused a dangerous situation while driving. It is not acceptable for this part to break in such a short time for the 2019 model Volvo V40. While it is known that the alternator lasts at least 10 - 15 years under normal conditions, it is unacceptable for the iron connection of the alternator to break in such a short time. Approximately two weeks before the alternator broke, my vehicle was connected to the machine and tested for malfunction at 'Otomol Çayyolu' branch of Ankara Volvo authorized services and I was informed that there was no problem. It is not understandable that the alternator broke while driving shortly after this service visit. I demand that this situation, which does not suit Volvo quality, be corrected immediately.
