Anadolu Sigorta Delays My Repair Payment Despite Closed File
We are waiting for payment under the repair service file we opened with Anadolu Sigorta, numbered 10430127250001. Although the file was closed on 26/09/2025, the payment has not yet been received. We have repeatedly shared our updated IBAN details for the payment to be made via assignment; however, the system still shows our old and inactive IBAN. Despite contacting Anadolu Sigorta’s customer service multiple times, we were only told, “there’s nothing we can do,” and a request was opened without any resolution. As a long-established and reputable insurance company, we urgently request that our ₺53,900 payment be transferred to our current IBAN and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
