I Was Denied Surgery by Anadolu Sigorta Though My Policy Has No Exceptions

I have had Anadolu Sigorta supplementary health insurance for 4 years. And I have no disease exceptions in my policy. I wanted to get a surgery provision with the diagnosis of uvulopharyngoplasty as a result of my ENT examination on 13.05.2025, but it was rejected. I draw your attention to the complaints in my epicrisis, nasal congestion, inability to breathe, making noise while sleeping at night, snoring, Anadolu Sigorta selected and accepted the snoring part of the complaint and rejected it. The doctor's diagnosis is to treat soft tissue sagging, stenosis, which means throat or upper respiratory tract stenosis. I want the diagnosis to be covered and I want to get my treatment. We are a family of 4 and we have been working with Anadolu for 4 years. It is a pity that it is difficult to understand what your scope and purpose are.
