Anadolu Sigorta Failed to Cover My Daughter's Hospital Examination Fee
On 05/11/2024, I took my daughter to see an orthopedic doctor at the private Gebze Dogha Hospital Healthcare Corp. Anadolu Insurance denied the TSS claim and refused to cover the examination fee. We had to pay out-of-pocket for the doctor's visit.
I am requesting that Anadolu Insurance reimburse me for the examination fee that I had to pay upfront to the hospital. As a customer with an active supplemental health policy (#1087916423), I expected this routine doctor's visit to be covered under my plan benefits. Please process the reimbursement promptly.
