My existing hemorrhoid disease progressed seriously after the examination and an anal fistula occurred. My doctor said I needed surgery. However, the insurance company refused to cover my surgery expenses on the grounds that I had hemorrhoids before the policy. However, my current situation is much more severe and I have been diagnosed with anal fistula. During this process, I contacted customer services, collected all the documents and re-applied with explanations, but I received a negative response again. The company states that it is not covered by my policy. However, everyone may have a pre-existing disease, and depending on the progression of the disease, a new treatment may be required. I need surgery right now and I'm at a disadvantage. I request that my surgery expenses be covered and that this situation be re-evaluated within the scope of my policy.
