As a result of the accident I had with my motorcycle on 01.11.2024, my motorcycle, which had insurance from Anadolu Sigorta, was written off. After the writing off, no information was given to me by the Expert and the insurance company about the amount to be paid. Despite the fact that the inspection was completed after the agency I had it done sent e-mails many times, the incident was delayed by informing me that the inspection was ongoing. During this process, the price that Expert gave for the engine for writing off (without my knowledge) remained far below the market and caused me to be aggrieved. And the worst part is that your engine was put up for sale through another intermediary company, and in order for this engine to be sold, this intermediary company took power of attorney from me, and my vehicle was sold to 3rd parties on 07.01.2025, in a written-off state. On this date, the people who bought the vehicle deposited the money to the autogong company, went to the service and got the engine. And they put an ad on Sahibinden and sold the engine. I am being misled by the autogong company that the insurance company has forced us to deal with, without paying my money. Anadolu Sigorta is definitely an unreliable company. Anadolu Sigorta has shown how disrespectful they can be by victimizing their customers in an increasingly ugly manner. In the complaint they filed, they falsely claimed that the motorcycle was sold on 28.10.2024 and that the insurance policy was prepared on this date, and that I had an accident three days later, which is one of the disgraceful actions they took to avoid paying. Additionally, in their messages, they stated that the settlement agreement was ready on 04.12.2024, but I only managed to obtain the original of the settlement agreement on 05.01.2025 through my own means after the agency sent multiple emails. This shows the ugly face of Anadolu Sigorta.
