My car, plate number 34GBB19, was damaged in an accident on April 20, 2024. Despite the fact that Anadolu Sigorta is fully insured, the entire process of handling damage claims has been extremely difficult from the start. On the day of the accident, my car's towing request was not resolved for two hours, so I had to pay out of pocket to have it towed to RS, Anadolu Sigorta's authorized service. The file for the damage at the authorized service was only opened on April 30, 2024. After several days of follow-ups, the assessment was finally given. Despite repeated inquiries, Anadolu Sigorta provided vague answers about the fault percentage in the accident report. Despite promptly signing the total loss agreement on 10.05.2024 and submitting it to both the appraisal company and Anadolu Sigorta, the process took longer than expected. Zirvem Otomotiv, the authorized company, sold the vehicle and sent the notarized sales documents on May 21, 2024. Despite the fact that the vehicle was legally sold through a notary, Anadolu Sigorta claims that the process was unable to be completed due to outstanding taxes and penalties. Why is there a delay in a smooth process in which all offers, including the price provided during the total loss assessment, were accepted without objection? Is the delay intentional, with the goal of benefiting from longer payment periods during inflation? It's disheartening that Anadolu Sigorta, a brand we trusted to protect our assets, is mishandling this process and attempting to mislead with false information, leaving me without a car for more than 40 days.

Is the reason for the penalties on the vehicle the fact that the damage file for the vehicle, which was reported on 20.04.2024 and left at the contracted service, was opened on 30.04.2024 and the expert was reassigned on 01.05.2024 or 02.05.2024 after I called multiple times?

Thank you to Anadolu Sigorta. However, having a damage file opened in 10 days is a serious grievance. Even though this was not delayed by Anadolu Sigorta, it was delayed by RS Servis, one of their contracted services. As Anadolu Sigorta, the contracted service should be warned.
