Anadolu Sigorta Misled Me About My Insurance Coverage After Leaving My Job
The private health insurance provided by the institution where I used to work seems to continue in the e-government. I called Anadolu Sigorta and said: "I left my job, can I use the policy because it says it is in effect?" When I asked, they said: "Yes, you can use it until 14.01.2025". When I said, "If I go and get examined, I won't be charged afterwards, right?", he said no, I won't be charged. I went for an examination because he directed me this way, and my insurance did not cover it. I quit my job. If I had the means to pay for this, I wouldn't call the insurance company and ask for confirmation more than once. Now I demand compensation for this grievance and they return to me as follows: 'Our customer representative guided you correctly'. Well, now they say go and get examined, no one will ask you for money, so I go and have to pay money. I don't work, money doesn't come to me out of thin air. And the provision unit tells me, "Didn't our friend direct you to the provision unit? We can at least try as if the procedure is being done from the hospital, check whether a fee will be charged or not, and direct you that way." You leave people who don't know the job there as representatives and we are the ones who are the victims. Who will pay this money now?
