Excuse me, I felt the need to rant about my horrible encounter with Amazon TR. While I was an active member of their service, my account was hacked from another country. The hacker placed two orders and withdrew money from my account without my permission. To make matters worse, my Amazon TR account is now temporarily locked and I can't access it or cancel my card. I've been trying to resolve this issue for some time now and have contacted Amazon TR's customer service multiple times, but I haven't received any satisfactory response. I want a refund for the unauthorized purchases and for my account to be opened as soon as possible. This is a serious security breach on Amazon TR's part and it's unacceptable for them to leave their customers in this situation. I hope that by sharing my experience, other users will be aware of the potential dangers and take necessary precautions to protect their accounts.
