Kiwi.com Delays $594 Refund for 21 Days After Flight Cancellation

I purchased two flight tickets through Kiwi.com: Tashkent–Dubai and Dubai–Erbil. I paid a total of approximately $594. Due to the war, these flights were canceled, and the airline stated that the ticket amount would be refunded to the intermediary company. In fact, I believe this refund should have already been transferred to Kiwi.com.

However, I have not received my refund from Kiwi.com for 21 days. Even though I contact support through the app every day, I keep receiving the same generic responses. No concrete action is being taken, and no clear information is provided about the process. I have not been asked for any additional documents or approvals; it simply feels like I am being stalled.

I request that this issue be resolved urgently and that the full $594 I paid for the two canceled tickets be refunded to me without further delay.
