Amazon Warranty Issue

I contacted the representative regarding my order 406-2729351-3935510, which I placed on Amazon on March 24, 2023. The topic was that the Puma shoe I purchased broke after 1.5 months and the inner lining was ripped. Since I was studying abroad, I kept this product at home until I arrived in Turkey; I packed it in my suitcase and brought it here, but the call center advised me to discuss this with Puma, which manufactures and repairs shoes for Amazon. He claimed he was not to blame. The shoes, by the way, are sold by Amazon. Just kidding, what already does Amazon produce and sell in Turkey? After all, when we buy a product, we begin the transaction with the store from which we purchased it, rather than with the brand itself. I'm waiting for Amazon to correct its error, which is mocking consumer rights in order to avoid dealing with returns; otherwise, I'll cancel my Prime membership, for which I pay 40 liras per month.
