JarvisMall Allegedly Used Amazon and AliExpress Names to Scam Me
I have been using the platform at https://jarvismall.com for about one year. Through their website and customer service, they introduced themselves as a platform that cooperates with Aliexpress, Amazon and Alibaba and said that if I completed a certain number of online purchases through them, I would receive a good commission from these three brands. According to their instructions, I had to complete 25 purchase tasks. With difficulty, I managed to reach 20 purchases, and during this time I made payments from Iran, in total around 300 million Toman, and I have receipts for all of these transactions. After these transactions, they showed me an order with an amount of 1500 USD and said this would be my commission, but I could not afford to continue and complete the remaining tasks, so I requested to cancel the order. Their so‑called customer service, who said they manage these three brands, told me that in order to cancel the purchase I had to pay a tax. I then paid an additional 150 USD as “tax”. After receiving this money, they only told me to wait for a review, then they deleted the messages from both sides on Telegram, blocked me, and completely cut off communication. Afterwards, I saw that they changed their Telegram username and continued their activities under a different name. I believe I have been deceived and that this platform is abusing the names of Aliexpress, Amazon and Alibaba to defraud users. I request that this situation be investigated urgently, that my lost funds be refunded as far as possible, and that the necessary steps be taken against this site and the people operating it so that they cannot continue to mislead other users. I am ready to provide all payment receipts, chat records and other evidence I have.
