Jabra Elite 5 Wireless Earbuds Purchased on Amazon Turned Out to Be Problematic

I purchased the Jabra Elite 5 wireless earbuds on the Amazon app two weeks ago. When the Active Noise Cancellation and HearThrough modes are enabled, the left earbud produces static and vibrations. This issue doesn't occur when these modes are turned off, but I bought the earbuds specifically for these features. I find myself using the earbuds without these modes, which defeats the purpose of buying them. If you could assist in resolving this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.
