I returned the book in the same package, yet I received an email stating, 'We won't issue a refund because you didn't return the device.' How can I return an item that was never delivered to me? The way a company like Amazon handles this situation is truly astonishing. It's really surprising that a company like Amazon would do this. I suggest you think twice before shopping on Amazon.
