BDG Game Withdrawal Stuck in Processing for Over 26 Hours

I requested a withdrawal from my BDG Game account to my bank account, but the withdrawal has been stuck in “processing” status for about 26 hours, and the money has still not reached my bank account.
There is no proper option or support channel in the application to contact customer service about this issue, so I have not been able to obtain any information or assistance regarding the delay.
I request that my pending withdrawal be processed immediately and that the money be credited to my bank account without any further delay. If there is a problem with the transaction, I ask that I be given a clear and prompt explanation about the current status.
